Terms and Conditions for OnlyyGifts

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access the Service.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

3. Content and Conduct

• You retain ownership of the content you post to OnlyyGifts (e.g., wishlist items).
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
• You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, harassing, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.
• Use automated scripts or "bots" to collect information from the Service.

5. Link Unlock Fees

• To reveal the retailer link for an item on a friend's wishlist, you may be charged a small platform fee (currently $2.70 or $3.75, depending on item price), processed via Stripe.
• This fee covers access to the link only. OnlyyGifts does not purchase, ship, or handle the item in any way — you complete the purchase yourself directly with the third-party retailer.
• We do not control and are not responsible for the third-party retailer's price, availability, shipping, or return policy once you leave the app.
• Link unlock fees are non-refundable once the link has been revealed, except where required by law.

6. OnlyyGifts Premium Subscription

• OnlyyGifts Premium is offered for $2.89/month, billed on a recurring basis until cancelled, and processed via Stripe.
• Your subscription automatically renews each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time from the app's Settings; your Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with advance notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OnlyyGifts, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

10. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OnlyyGifts operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
